IT Support Portfolio

I’m a Liverpool-based web developer with nine years of professional experience, now moving into IT support. I particularly enjoy investigating technical problems, understanding what’s causing them and working through a solution.

My web development background includes troubleshooting websites and working with hosting, DNS, SSL and email configuration. I’ve completed CompTIA A+ and am currently studying towards Network+, building on that experience through practical projects.

This portfolio documents what I’m configuring, testing and learning, including a Windows and Active Directory lab, my OPNsense and AdGuard home network, and building my own PC.
